Can I return an order?
If you have placed an order on www.odeclassport.com and want to return it, the return process is as follows:
Pack your items securely and include the delivery note or order reference (if you don’t have it, you can find it in your private customer area on our website) or you can provide it to us by email by writing to info@odeclassport.com.
The first step is to send us the order you want to return to the following address:

Please note that for returns by postal mail, Odeclas will not accept shipments with postage due or cash on delivery.
The return window for all countries is 30 days from the purchase of the item.
Within 3 to 12 business days from when we receive your package at our warehouse, the refund for the item will be processed.
The product must be returned with its corresponding label and without signs of having been used.
